Established in 2013 by Res Kaderli, building on more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Karem AG has become a trusted name in Swiss construction and property consulting.
Today, under the leadership of Stefan Kaderli, an international tax and finance consultant with Big 4 and family-office experience in Australia and Europe, the company is expanding its expertise to support both businesses and individuals with cross-border property, tax, and financial matters.

Director - longest serving employee
Res began his career as a bricklayer apprentice and quickly established himself as a skilled tradesman with an entrepreneurial spirit. Over 30 years ago, he founded his first company, which grew into the successful construction firm Kaderli Kundenmaurer AG. After selling that business, he went on to establish Karem AG, continuing his commitment to quality craftsmanship and thoughtful project delivery.
Well known locally for his hands-on approach, creative renovation concepts, and deep industry knowledge, Res remains actively involved in select projects while enjoying more time to travel and embrace his well-earned semi-retirement.

Managing Director
With experience spanning Switzerland, Australia, and Europe, Stefan combines international tax and finance expertise with a deep understanding of property and business consulting. Before leading Karem AG he held junior and senior tax positions at PwC in Switzerland and Australia before moving on to work with a private investment and family office group in Melbourne.
He values genuine relationships and clear communication, working closely with clients to understand their goals and deliver practical, transparent advice. His global perspective and cross-industry experience enable him to bridge the gap between local insight and international opportunity.
